BAKER / WOHL ARCHITECTS was the prime consultant for the revitalization of 8-10 Lancaster Street Housing which was a complete modernization of 65 occupied residential units. The project included: baths and kitchen improvements; replacement of heating systems; upgrade or replacement of plumbing systems; upgrade of electrical source and distribution; and exterior improvements.
