A general upgrade of residential corridors was the design challenge for this extensive renovation effort at Hawthorne Place Condominium in downtown Boston. Upon arriving at their respective floors, residents are greeted by granite floor tiles and corresponding ceiling articulation at their elevator lobby, new carpeting and wall covering, new door and trim paint, and new cove molding which carries a selection of cable company wiring.
