BAKER / WOHL ARCHITECTS' conceptual approach to site development, consistent approach to detailing, and ability to successfully reach concensus among many interest groups contributed to a true sense of neighborhood while maintaining the privacy of residents. The project included overall landscaping, residential parking and play spaces for new construction of 20 market-rate and affordable housing units in seven wood-framed two-story buildings.
